Bio
Coach Pilcher is entering his third season as head men's and women's cross country coach at Tougaloo College. Coming to the athletics department in October 2007 as the Sports Information Director, Coach Pilcher assumed the head cross country coach in 2019.
Tougaloo is Coach Pilcher's first ever coaching experinece. He is honored and humbled to be placed in this position and he remains positive and optimistic about his role as coach and having a successful season. He says that he will continue to work hard to ensure that his players gain the full experience of a college athlete.
Coach Pilcher is a native of Itta Bena, MS and a 2003 honor graduate of Leflore County High School. He obtained a Bacholor of Arts degree in Economics with an Emphasis in Business Administration from Tougaloo College in May 2007. Coach Pilcher is currently working to obtain a Master's of Athletic Administration degree from Mississippi College in Clinton, MS.
